*If there are "{..}" inside Title, or other fields, they won't be shown in export file because they are rtf reserved characters. This causes a problem when export BibTex file. Now escape characters are added for Title fields and generic Fields. Authors, journal, keywords fields are not handled yet.2005-11-02
1. When citation uses number but is sorted by authors in a bibliography, Biblioscape may generate citations with 0 as citation number in certain situations.2005-10-14

1. In References module, when a citation author name is formatted differently after the first appearance, at the same time, and the record is also an ambiguous citation so that a letter must be added after the year, Biblioscape cannot format citations correctly. This bug has been fixed.
2004-09-11
1. In References module, if the Year field is empty, user now has an option in the style editor to use the text in the Date Freeform field instead. This new feature is useful when you need to put "In Press", etc., because the Year field only takes integers. So you can put "In Press" in the Date Freeform field, and when Biblioscape finds the Year field is empty, it will use "In Press" from the Date Freeform field in the place of Year.
2004-09-07

2004-08-05

1. We've just found out that the installation file for Biblioscape 6 had a problem: we forgot to update the "Reftypes" files. They are still the old ones for Biblioscape version 5.x. For all 6.0 pre-release users and users who downloaded the final release on April 1 and April 2, the problem can be fixed by downloading file http://www.biblioscape.com/download/reftypes.zip and replacing all the files under "...\Biblioscape 6\Reftypes\". The Biblioscape installation file that's now on the download page has this problem fixed. Sorry about the mistake we made.
