Our Story

Biblioscape is designed to help researchers collect and manage bibliographic data, take notes while doing research, and generate citations and bibliographies for publication. For a large writing project such as a book or thesis, Biblioscape can be used to compile notes into a final draft with a table of contents, index, formatted citations and a bibliography, all automatically generated. Biblioscape allows the user's research information to be accessed on the web with fine access control.

Biblioscape is used by researchers at thousands of major institutions and universities in over 65 countries. It has been mentioned in more than 120 published books according to Google book search. CG Information was founded in 1997 by scientists who believed that existing bibliographic software programs were not capable of addressing the needs of researchers in the age of the Internet. With strong backgrounds in computer science, and biological sciences, our goal is to build first class bibliographic software for the new age. CG Information is located in Alpharetta, Georgia, a suburb of Atlanta.
